My book Murder and Mayhem in Tombstone has been assigned an release date of April 1st 2024. Tombstone was a lawless hotbed, so gunfights and violent outbursts were all too regular the gunfight that took place at the OK Corral in 1881 became the most famous of these confrontations during this fatal encounter the Earth brothers and Doc Holliday faced off against a group of Outlaws which ultimately resulted in three deaths on each side of the conflict. The gunfight served as a metaphor for the Anarchy and pervasive danger that permeated the area. Yet there is so much more to Tombstone than the gunfight that made it famous. The ten percent ring and the Gambling wars are seldom mentioned as well as the corrupt political system of the territory. These are a few of the things that I sought to cover in this new book.
